Although illegal and very dangerous,and often chased away by police,but its a well organized community.
Rich boys with bags of money or genius boys with extremely good technical skills are the main competitors.
Most cars are highly modified with loads of add ons,often innovated locally.
On the average every week 2 or 3 youths lose their lives or are permanently disabled during these races,and showdowns.But this underground culture thrives.
