  Yes it does sound like it is saying that, mind you the power of suggestion is strong, but is probably not.

    Yes it does sound like its saying "islam is light",and parents are entitled to keep their kids away from whatever they think is not good for them.
    At the same time,i don't think this is a good way of passing on the message,if someone is really trying to do,what it seems to be.
