During a telephone conversation with my mom in pakistan,i asked about the weather,and i was told that it's nice and cool,and that my mom doesn't need to switch on the aircon,yet.
I asked about the room temperature,and she read it from the thermometer to be 26 degree centigrade.
Thats too warm for UK,but my 65 years old mom was comfy and didn't even use the ceiling fan

it is reaching 25-26'C today... and there is no aircond in my office so i hv given myself an excuse to stay out of office...
