KMA stands for "kiss my ass".
This is about democracy in my home country Pakistan.Honestly it doesn't mean anything to the people. It is mainly due to the priorities the politicians set for themselves when they come into power. For the last 60 years they have been using the general public as stepping stones to reach their thrones.Once they are up there, they damn care about the poor majority which lives in the country.
While the politicians of the newly formed government, are too busy fighting for power, and blaming each other, the public can't get hold of basic necessities, such as food.
The reason is not that the country does not grow enough crops, but the ironey is that there is no government body taking care of the thousands of tonnes of wheat being smuggled to Iran and Afghanistan. As the prices of food stuff is rising, traders are hoarding more of it,instead of supplying to the markets. That is creating further shortage, although artificial, but the richest are getting richer due to it,so who cares.
Those hoarders and rich are the ones who always come into power.
In fact the general public were more comfortable when to the rest of the world,Pakistan was being ruled by a military dictator. The Reign of General Ayub khan was the best, and the reign of Genaral Zia-ul-haq was much better than the so called democracy under Benazir Bhutto.
So democracy may be a good thing, but does not work for every place in the world.
